Rachel Grimsley is a 14 year old freshman attending Miller County High School. Rachel is an active member of the Georgia 4H club and is honored to be a member of the elite Clovers and Company Performing Arts Group.
Rachel’s platform is Scoliosis Awareness, the Importance of Early
Detection which focuses on promoting the education of people about the benefits of early detection. She chose this as her platform because of her own life experience with her personal battle against Scoliosis.
Rachel also enjoys giving back to her community and has been honored to be the recipient of the Golden Presidential Volunteer and Community Service Award. She is a cast member of Swamp Gravy and Mayhaw Productions where she enjoys entertaining her hometown as well as visitors from all over the United States. Rachel is a member of the Miller and Seminole County Arts Councils and volunteers in her spare time with the Miller County Hospital.
When not volunteering, Rachel can be found on the softball field. She is a pitcher for the Miller County Lady Pirates varsity fast pitch team and a pitcher for the Southern Crushers Travel softball team from Bainbridge Georgia.

raising over $1000.00, Recipient of the Colquitt/Miller County Talent Award, GCGMA Female Vocalist of the Year Award , Miss Cherokee County Scholarship Pageant Talent Winner (2008), Miss Columbus Scholarship Pageant Talent Winner(2008), Miss Irish Capital Scholarship Pageant Talent Winner(2008), Miss Southwest Georgia Peach Pageant Overall Talent Winner (2009), Miss Pine Seedling Overall Talent Winner(2009), Relay for Life Talent Winner, raising over $750.00 for the American Cancer society, and 4H District Project Achievement (Jr) Vocal Performance Winner.
